Administrative Assistant for a busy remodeling/restoration company.

MUST have a stable work history, team player attitude, and experience as an office administrator to be considered for this position

Office located near the Nashville airport.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls

General office duties

Entering job/client information into the company CRM system

Follow up calls to homeowners to ensure satisfaction

Simple bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks

Assist emergency services team

Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

M-F, 8a-5p

Pay:

$22-24/hour, DOE
