**Essential Job Functions:

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Perform job duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner.

Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority.

Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, Helpful manner. (Visitors include anyone who visits the community; specifically, current residents' families and friends, prospective residents and their families, referral sources, vendors and regulators.

Answer phones appropriately, according to company and community standards.

Communicate professionally and cooperate with supervisors and all community

personnel.

Resident Rights

Ensure compliance and understanding of all residents' rights.

Personal Care Assistance

Assist residents with care activities

Report observations to licensed Nurse, Assistant Administrator, or Executive Director.

Immediately report any change in resident's condition to the supervisor.

Comply with the policies and procedures of Wolf Run Village LLC.

Document other issues regarding resident care as necessary.

Serve meals and assist in the dining room as needed.

Promote and encourage residents to participate in activities.

Conduct Activities according to schedule.

Assist residents in cleaning their rooms at least once a week and as necessary.

Assist residents with laundry weekly and as necessary.

Follow and communicate company polices and procedures. **
