General Description: Responsible for providing high quality guest service to our guests via our Player Development Guest Services program acting as a liaison between the guest, the casino and the WinStar World Hotel.

Essential Job Functions:

Process all guest inquiries received; arrange, coordinate and confirm all hotel reservations through the Lodging Management System (LMS).

Maintain accurate records and updates of room occupancy/availability, all paperwork associated with reservations, folios, and guest stay evaluations.

Utilizes the ACSC player-rating system in conjunction with Rainmaker to provide information to management for guest comp status determination for casino usage as well as the LMS/Rainmaker system for appropriate management yield of all rooms within the casino block.

Has active knowledge and ability to speak about the details regarding all casino and hotel events, promotions and activities to both internal and external guests.

Maintains high standard of courtesy professionalism and discretion in communications to, or about, preferred customers, their arrangements and finances.

Coordinates the proper resolution of customer dispute resolutions, issues, and concerns with related departments and follows through to ensure that a fair and equitable resolution was achieved.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports by extracting data from the LMS and Ballys systems pertaining to the tracking of guest and hotel activity.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Pay will depend on experience No experience required, willing to train.

Hours will vary between 30-38 hours per week, various shifts available
