On-site, Full-Time Permanent position that is available Immediately. This is an entry-level position in our industry. We provide on the job training, but prior customer service experience is required.

Duties to include:

Greet and assist customers

Answer complex phone calls and routing them accurately with the highest degree of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail

Maintain company email

Keep the office neat and orderly

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook daily

Process new orders as we receive them

Gather and verify data for new orders

Collect proper paperwork to facilitate transactions

Research property information

Assemble files with initial information and documents

earch various public sites for information

Search legal descriptions

Verify customer identity via valid photo ID

Schedule closing appointments

Post-closing Searches

Maintain spreadsheets

Take documents to the County Recorder for recording daily

Communicate with sellers, buyers, lenders, real estate agents, Realtors and attorneys

Some filing

Post office, deliveries, bank deposits and other errands

Maintain supplies for copier, printer and fax machines

Provide miscellaneous office support when needed

Notary services

Other duties as assigned
