Major Duties:

Dive into activities as outlined in job specification sheets.

From hanging doors to installing windows, adding insulation, grab bars, and more, your work will directly contribute to enhancing homes.

Keep it organized! Stage materials for jobs in our warehouse.

Safety first! Follow procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Be a team player! Attend staff meetings and in-service training sessions.

What we're looking for:

Desire to learn about weatherization, air quality, aging-in-place safety, installation of measures, and work with your hands

Passion for making a positive impact and helping others.

Willingness to travel, with a valid driver's license.

Ability to lift 40lbs, stand/walk for long periods and bending and crouching in small areas.

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Work Location: In person, working on homes in Rapid City and surrounding communities.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
