Position Overview:The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting title and escrow staff with clerical and customer service duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors, answer phones, and route calls or messages.

Maintain accurate filing systemsboth electronic and physical.

Assist with data entry, scheduling, and general office correspondence.

Communicate professionally with real estate agents, lenders, and clients.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support daily office operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred.

Previous administrative or experience preferred, especially in a professional services environment. Background in accounting/banking is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent computer skills, with proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Understands and is familiar with legal documents, terminology, and confidentiality

Familiar with real estate transactions very helpful (not mandatory)

Able to work independently

Keyboard a minimum 40wpm (Take typing test at Kodiak Job Center, 211 Mission Rd,Ste.103)

Adept in 10-key/adding machine skills
