Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management, ensuring that the office runs efficiently while providing exceptional patient care. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, , and knowledge of medical terminology to effectively manage the caregivers staff and maintain high standards of practice.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the medical staff, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.

Manage caregivers staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Utilize practice management software (such as Dentrix) to manage patient records and appointments.

Ensure accurate documentation of medical terminology in patient files.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care services and improve operational efficiency.

Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff use.

Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in healthcare management or a similar role is required.

Strong knowledge of financial management principles within a healthcare setting.

Understanding of medical terminology and managed care processes is essential.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

A background as healthcare professional is beneficial but not mandatory.
