We are seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to implement therapy plans under Physical Therapist supervision in home settings.

Job Summary {#job-summary dir="auto"}

As a PTA, you will assist in delivering rehabilitative services to patients with mobility challenges, injuries, or chronic conditions. This role involves hands-on treatments, patient monitoring, and contributing to care documentation, including OASIS data collection. Key Responsibilities {#key-responsibilities dir="auto"}

Implement physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT, including exercises, gait training, and modalities.

Assist with patient assessments, progress evaluations, and adjustments to treatment plans.

Gather data for OASIS documentation, such as functional mobility observations (e.g., M-items for ambulation and transfers), under PT guidance.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, safety techniques, and equipment use.

Document treatments in electronic health records and report progress to the care team.

Perform home safety checks and recommend adaptive strategies.

Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, OASIS requirements, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications {#qualifications dir="auto"}

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Washington State; Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.

Minimum 1 year of home health or rehabilitation experience; familiarity with OASIS preferred.

BLS certification required.

Strong skills in therapeutic techniques for orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clear background/drug screen.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Availability for per-visit or part-time schedules, including some weekends.
