WebmobileZ, Inc. has an opening for the position of J2EE Consultant (Ref# JC106PC).

Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Duties: Responsible for the implementation, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, backup, support, and troubleshooting of applications including J2EE. Involved in full life-cycle implementations for multiple customers. Responsible for all Micro Services functionality developed in the software release portal and integration projects. Implement Quartz Scheduler to run all the services daily and for retrieving and storing the data in the database. Develop different functionalities for the file upload, file storage, and file checker. Implement the functionality of many different services. Use PCF and Jenkins for the deployment of the software release portal application. Configure and troubleshoot application servers in production and non-production databases. Write JUnit and Mockito test cases for each service which makes the testing easier. Understand application security requests from the users. Use of Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Hibernate, Micro Services, PeopleSoft, PCF, Jenkins, Cobol, Shell Scripting, SQL Server, Oracle, Linux, and Windows.

Requirements: This position requires a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Software Consultant, Database Administrator, or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with Jenkins, PeopleSoft, Cobol, and Shell Scripting. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
