Waypoint Bank, is currently accepting resumes for a Full Time Personal Banker at the Fort Collins Branch. We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing individual with new account and cash handling skills. A generous benefit package is offered along with competitive salary.

Summary: Receives and pays out money, and keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions. Also, provides personalized banking services to financial institution customers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides excellent customer service to all customers at all times.

Process customer's checks and cash for deposit per Waypoint Bank policies and procedures.

Cashes negotiable items per policy and procedures.

Answers incoming telephone calls.

Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer at end of shift.

Explains, promotes, or sells Waypoint Bank's products and services.

Assists customers with debit card, online banking and wires.

Prepares and compiles required information to open new accounts. Opens depository accounts and other bank products.

Promotes and cross-sells other establishment products and services as appropriate to customer requirements.

Generates new business to assist in meeting establishment profitability goals.

Responsible for complying with Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Security, and all other regulations as appropriate for this job function.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Information the salary range for the Full Time Personal Banker position will be based up experience, education and overall competency level. The wage range is $17-$22/hour.
