The SVP IT supports our mission by directing the organization\'s information technology and workplace facilities activities including systems analysis, IT support systems, cybersecurity, space configuration, and data analysis. The SVP IT manages the relationship between IT and other functional areas of the organization, and will establish short and long-term plans for the acquisition and deployment of new equipment and technologies that will facilitate the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. Way Finders is made up of \~330 employees over \~35 locations in Western Massachusetts (Pioneer Valley). The IT team consists of 5 staff including the Facilities Manager.
