Job Description: Assess clients' assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives, prepare reports, and onboard clients with the firm. Build strong internal working relationships to ensure a cohesive client experience. Maintain Customer Relationship Management platform and work closely with Operations on operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, scalability of services, and risk controls. Produce and distribute institutional clients' investment statements and reports and prepare reports and plan documents for client meetings for investment reviews, plan reviews, and participant education/enrollment. Oversee and participate in projects designed to improve efficiency and new product offering, and ensure on-time delivery, accuracy and consistency of data within information presented to clients. Maintain the integrity of assigned databases. Lead in data conversion and integration project.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Six months of experience in: Data management; Building Macros in Excel; Data analytics; Data visualization; and Detail orientation.

Location: Position at Waverly Employment Services, LLC in Seattle, WA.

Salary: $80,000.
