Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to diverse learning styles.

Facilitate engaging classroom activities that encourage student participation and collaboration.

Assess and evaluate student performance through regular testing, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding academic achievements and areas for growth.

Create a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a love for learning.

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance curriculum development and school-wide initiatives.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and advancements in mathematics education.

Support students in developing study skills and strategies to enhance their mathematical understanding and confidence.

Assist in the preparation and supervision of school events, including math-related competitions and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Valid teaching license or certification for middle school mathematics.

Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the middle school level is preferred.

Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
