Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Diesel Mechanic/Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid drivers license as well as be mechanically certified with 8+ years' experience working with various @types of diesel/gas engines and equipment. You must have a strong work ethic as well as strong organizational skills to lead our team in a fast-paced environment to provide high quality standards and service maintaining our fleet.

Pay Rate: Negotiable upon experience

Duties:

Fleet master mechanic & collaborative shop leader

Communication with management and team to provide repair updates in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records to ensure parts orders are handled quickly and efficiently

Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment regularly

Ensure safety & maintain a clean and organized work area

Must be knowledgeable in diesel/gas engines and repair

Understand of air, hydraulic & suspension systems

Use of hand tools, power tools and welding equipment

Qualifications:

8+ years' experience in diesel mechanics is required

Valid drivers license is a must (CDL-A endorsement is a plus)

Diagnostic software and computer experience required

Must have your own tools

Welding & fabrication experience necessary

Mechanical certification(s)
