Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of orders processing, fulfillment and customer services. Ensure timely respond to internal/external customers requests and achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.

Daily Responsibilities % of Job - 90%

Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.

Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers.

Assist in generating reports.

Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customers requests on timely manner.

Provide estimate delivery time if the request cant be made on time

Assist to verify OSD and exception handling cases to feedback to customer.

Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Efficiencies % of Job - 5%

Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.

Keeps warehouse organized and clean at all times.

Lift and move trays up to 20 lbs

Team Building/Leadership % of Job - 5%

Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture.

Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school graduate or equivalent.

Should have at least one year of general office experience. Prefer one to two years of customer service experience.

Intermediate computer experience is required.

Medium and above Excel skill for data analysis.
