IMPACT Administrative Assistant

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a highly organized and proactive IMPACT Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Executive Coordinator and the Executive Team. This key role ensures the smooth functioning of executive operations and supports the coordination of services at the Stephen A. Shultz Program Development and Training Center.

From managing intake processes to coordinating executive meetings and providing frontline customer service, this position blends administrative excellence with purpose-driven service.

What You'll Do:

Manage confidential administrative tasks, intake coordination, and IMPACT dispatch support

Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for executive meetings, board activities, and CEO-hosted events

Handle internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion

Maintain office organization, supplies, break room inventory, and reception area operations

Provide scheduling, travel, and clerical support to senior leadership

Assist with policy updates, donor mailings, and development communications

Greet and assist visitors, coordinate office tours, and support event setup

Support telephone coverage and general office functions across multiple locations

What You Need:

Associate's degree or two years of executive-level administrative experience

Strong typing skills (70 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license required

Experience in human services or bilingual ability is a plus
