Bucket Truck Driver and Bucket Truck Worker

Position Overview (4-positions available as soon as 9/3/2025)

We are seeking a Bucket Truck Driver and a Bucket Truck Worker to join our team. This crew will work together to complete decommissioning installations, tasks that require bucket truck access. The driver will operate and maintain the truck, while the worker will perform hands-on tasks in the elevated bucket.

Responsibilities

Bucket Truck Driver

Safely operate and drive the bucket truck to and from job sites.

Ensure vehicle inspections, maintenance, and proper safety checks are completed daily.

Set up and stabilize the truck at each job site following OSHA and company guidelines.

Assist the worker in the bucket with tools, materials, and communication from the ground.

Bucket Truck Worker (in Bucket)

Perform elevated work including installation, repair, and maintenancedecommissioning installations (not high voltage equipment)

Follow all safety protocols including fall protection, PPE, and proper tool handling.

Coordinate with the driver/ground crew for safe and efficient operation.

Ensure all work meets company and customer standards.

Qualifications

Valid CDL (preferred for Driver position) or ability to obtain.

Clean driving record.

Previous experience operating a bucket truck or aerial lift preferred.

Comfort with working at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

OSHA, electrical, or low-voltage experience a plus.
