Supervisory Responsibilities: Management of Supervisors and Employees within assigned department.

Duties/Responsibilities

Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials,

and human resources; ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.

Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions

concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.

Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel

complaints in keeping with company policy.

Develop and implement production tracking and quality control

systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.

Relocation assistance and competitive salary are offered.

Work with sales and project teams to understand customer order

commitments and ensure the inventory, production, and delivery timelines align with plant loading.

Ensure personnel needs are aligned with staffing levels and training

schedules.

Detail production planning and execution monitoring.

Work with supply chain and materials teams to monitor inventory

levels for production schedule needs.

Work with supervisors and production teams to monitor production

schedule, communicate the schedules, adjust the slippages in the schedules, equipment reliability and scheduled maintenance.

Oversee safety and ensure a safe work environment.

Experience/Education

Bachelor\'s Degree in related field or equivalent experience in a

manufacturing environment.

At least five (5) years of management experience in manufacturing

environment.

Locations: Pocatello, Idaho

Shift:A - 5 am to 5:30 pm
