We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Industrial Sewerto join our production floor. In this role, you will operate heavy-duty sewing machines to assemble our signature leather gloves, ensuring every stitch meets our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation:Operate industrial sewing machines (single and

double needle) to join pre-cut leather pieces according to specific glove patterns.

Quality Control:Inspect each piece during and after production

for alignment, consistent stitching, and craftsmanship.

Material Handling: Select suitable raw materials according to

the specific product @type

Routine Maintenance:Perform basic machine care, such as oiling,

changing needles, and clearing threads to ensure optimal performance.

Workflow Support:Coordinate with the cutting and assembly teams

to maintain a steady production pace and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience:Prior experience with industrial sewing or

leatherwork is preferred, butwe are willing to train the right candidate who has strong manual dexterity, work ethic and a desire to learn.

Attention to Detail:An eye for precision is critical for

maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Reliability: We value punctuality and a strong work ethic in our

small factory environment.

Physical Stamina:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

while maintaining focus on repetitive, high-precision tasks.
