Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Loan Processor / Junior Underwriter to join our lending team. This position is responsible for processing residential and commercial loan applications, gathering and reviewing documentation, verifying borrower information, and assisting with underwriting analysis to ensure loans meet company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Process loan files from application through closing.
Collect, review, and verify borrower financial documentation.
Order and track appraisals, title work, and other required reports.
Analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral information.
Assist underwriters with loan reviews and decision preparation.
Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and third-party vendors.
Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with lending regulations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage lending, banking, or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan origination systems.
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
