Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate pediatric patients to determine therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy services in speech, occupational, or physical therapy based on area of licensure.

Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document patient care according to professional and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers to support continuity of care.

Educate families on strategies, exercises, and activities to support development at home.

Maintain accurate records and comply with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.

Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications:

Masters degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy.

Current, valid state license in respective therapy field (required).

Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals.

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
