We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of clerical tasks with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires someone with strong phone skills, scheduling appointments, multi task and great customer service skills.

Duties:

Answering phones

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Maintain appointment calendar

Perform general office tasks such as filing and data entry

Assist with organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures

Taking product/material inventory in warehouse

Bilingual Preferred but not necessary

Construction or Flooring experience preferred but not necessary

Requirements:

Prior experience in a office, or related field is advantageous

Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Experience as a office assistant or clerk is a plus
