United Equity, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Accounting Clerk for our Delphos, Ohio main office location.

Responsibilities:**

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintain accounts receivable files and records.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Post customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Prepare and make deposits. Scan checks for direct deposit.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Reconcile accounts.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Make referrals to Feed or Agronomy Sales Teams as opportunities arise.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Attend meetings and submit reports as required.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Assist walk-in customers with payments and product purchases.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Attain grain grading license and weigh trucks.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
