We are looking for a competent Dispatcher/Office Administator to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This candidate will be responsible for dispatching IT and telecom technicians to business customers in a timely and organized manner. Responsibilities

Field call and email service requests from clients that range from basic requests to total service outages that require urgency and skilled follow through

Create and update service tickets in our ticketing system, always keeping our technicians and clients up to date on ticket status

Coordinate with vendors and partners, ensuring they and our technicians process requests in a timely manner

Sift through aging tickets consistently, doing what needs to be done to move tickets to completion

Work to help our technicians be efficient with their ticket processing, time and travel schedule

Monitor dispatch software and invoice customers

Warehouse duties, shipping

Monitor ebay sales

Other duties as required

Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Skills

Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role

Fast learner Connectwise software

Working knowledge of office equipment

Thorough understanding of office management procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent written and verbal com

munication skills

HVAC knowledge a Plus

Proficiency in MS Office
