Office Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable team player to join our office team. This is a diverse position in a flexible work environment.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We place a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and accuracy, and our team members routinely cross-check and balance each other's work to ensure our records and processes remain accurate.

Responsibilities

Create and send customer invoices using QuickBooks

Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and Google Docs

Purchase and procure production and office supplies

Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail

Count and record weekly inventory

Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team

Willingness and ability to learn new skills and processes

Good communication and problem-solving skills

QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required

Experience with spreadsheets is a plus, but not a requirement
