Job Overview Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Tweezermans Premium customer base. Partner with customer service, finance, marketing, operations, planning & supply chain teams to ensure the needs of the customer are met. Develop programs and strategies to maximize profitability within assigned account base Duties and Responsibilities

Sales (HQ) Account manager is responsible for assigned customers including but not limited to: o Assortment review, including Sku Rationalization exercises o Terms of Business o Co-Op, trade spend, allowance o Forecasting o Profitability o Purchase Orders o Sell In Monthly reporting o Sell Out Must be familiar with customer portals, comfortable pulling data and formatting into excel Analyze selling & inventory on a WTD, MTD, QTD, STD, YTD basis to identify risks & opportunities Support new product launches and marketing initiatives Presentation and preparation for all account meetings Monthly/quarterly reconciliation with Finance for all customers Preparation by customer for monthly/quarterly business meetings Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Responsible for ensuring ROI and profitability by customer Work collaboratively with internal and external cross functional teams to manage customer expectations

Build business with current customers including but not limited to: o Nordstrom o Rack o Neiman Marcus o Saks Fifth Avenue o Anthropologie o Military Army Exchange Marines Navy Exchange

Qualifications B.S. degree preferred, Associates degree required Must understand industry/market news and trends. Background in CPG industry, Beauty or Cosmetics category a plus Strong retail math skills and analysis skills (ST %, Turnover, WOS, IMU %, Markdown, Averages) Knowledge of how to read business contracts & understand terms of trade Strong presentation skills, problem solving & interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and easily adaptable to internal software programs o Excel skills include Pivot Tables, IF formulas: SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, and VLOOKUP Familiar with Microsoft Teams & Power BI Knowledge of PLM/PIM Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements This position must be able to move about the building along with sit for prolonged periods of time with finger and wrist dexterity with repetitive motion. This position requires domestic travel. Individual must be able to obtain necessary documents for travel.
