ECOMMERCE FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE Location: Williston Park, NY (Nassau County) Schedule: Full-time, MonFri, daytime (overtime as needed) Compensation: $18$22/hour DOE + overtime (insert your range)

ABOUT US We are a growing food ingredient wholesaler that supplies bakeries, restaurants, and e-commerce customers, with chocolate being our key seller. We keep operations simple, fast, and clean.

ROLE SUMMARY Youll handle order fulfillment from end to end: repack bulk food products into retail pouches, label and prepare shipments, and drop packages to USPS/UPS/Fedex and to 3PL warehouse via pallet. Well train you on our process.

WHAT YOU'll DO Pick, pack, and label orders accurately (Shopify/label printer). Repack bulk food into retail pouches; seal, date-code, and box. Build and wrap pallets; stage daily UPS/USPS/FedEx pickups and drop-offs. Keep work areas clean; follow basic food-handling and safety procedures. Receive inbound goods; count, inspect, and put away inventory. Update simple logs (counts, lot codes, damages). Lift, move, and stack boxes up to 50 lb repeatedly.

MUST-HAVE Valid driver's license and reliable commute to Williston Park, NY. Able to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lb safely. Detail-oriented, on time, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. Basic English for labels/safety instructions; legal resident authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9). Basic computer skills (printing labels, scanning barcodes).

PAY & BENEFITS Hourly pay + overtime; paid training. Potential wage reimbursements or incentives through local workforce programs. Growth path to Lead/Shift roles as we scale.

FOOD SAFETY & CLEANLINESS Follow handwashing, glove use, hair/beard restraints, and no-contamination rules. Keep equipment and surfaces clean; report issues immediately.
