Currently seeking Superintendents who are open to weekly travel to support an established interior and exterior construction firm specializing in retail buildouts, remodels, and fit-out projects.

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing active construction sites for retail and commercial facilities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met from start to finish.

This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with a well-established construction company experiencing continued growth.

Weekly travel is required (Monday--Friday), with weekends home.

Competitive hourly pay ($30--$40/hour based on experience)

$50/day per diem for meals

Job Requirements:

3+ years of Construction Superintendent experience

Commercial and/or retail construction background

Comfortable traveling during the work week

Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
