Oversee daily operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Manage staff recruitment, training, and development

Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with health regulations

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

Monitor financial performance and manage budgets

Collaborate with franchisees to align with corporate standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry

Knowledge of inventory control and food safety standards

Experience in staff training and development

Ability to manage budgets and financial performance

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
