The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and Skilled Remodeler with strong carpentry abilities and experience with drywall, plumbing, and light electrical work.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, hardworking, respectful, and committed to excellence. Because we work in our customers homes, professionalism, cleanliness, courtesy, and personal character are essential.

Responsibilities

Perform residential remodeling and renovation work.

Complete rough and finish carpentry, framing, trim, doors, cabinets, and repairs.

Install and finish drywall, including taping, mudding, patching, and texture matching.

Perform light plumbing repairs and installations.

Perform light electrical work within applicable qualifications and requirements.

Read measurements, layouts, plans, and project specifications.

Safely operate hand and power tools.

Identify problems and find practical solutions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Protect customers homes, belongings, and property.

Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and subcontractors.

Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Follow Triviums processes, safety practices, and expectations.

What Were Looking For

Technical Skills

Proven residential remodeling or construction experience.

Strong carpentry skills.

Experience with drywall installation and finishing.

Working knowledge of light plumbing.

Working knowledge of light electrical.

Ability to accurately measure, cut, install, and finish materials.

Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
