Responsible for run and send daily reports including daily stock and price list, daily inventory control and daily sales reports. Update and manage all sales order shipments and payment status in system to ensure all have been paid, shipped and have tracking numbers. Monitor and confirm payments, communicating status and discrepancies to the sales team. Check status of wire payment to ensure quick turnaround of orders. Accurately create purchase orders so they can be received by the warehouse. Check the status of auctions from different vendors, and update the shared file to provide visibility to warehouse colleagues. Coordinate with warehouse colleagues and international offices for inbound and outbound shipments. Work closely with Logistics companies to resolve customs clearance delays, missing items and FedEx discounts. Compile and create wholesale price comparison to provide market insights to pricing team to help keep companys prices competitive. Run and send out in-transit inventory report to the sales team to inform them of incoming inventory so they can communicate with their customers. Run and save weekly sales report for sales team to use for weekly sales meeting. Own and manage shipping invoices reconciliation and dispute if delayed. Investigate credit memos from vendors to ensure accurate payment. Compile RMA amount and confirm with supervisor. Run monthly reports, including summary, sales reports, shipping, bank account balance, cash report. Work with warehouse manager to create the monthly inventory file. Itemize expenses to track spending for various categories. Run shipping comparison report and share during monthly meetings. Prepare tax forms including prepaid tax (Form 1120) and Sales and Use Tax (TX). Download invoices from e-commerce platforms and compare with the e-commerce manager to reconcile e-commerce payments and call out any discrepancies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master

s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

Experience:

Must have college coursework in Managerial, International, Corporate and

Entrepreneurial Finance, as well as Risk Management.
