Position Summary

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks. This role also includes scheduling responsibilities and offers competitive benefits and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly.

Take clear and concise messages, ensuring they are relayed properly

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments, inspections, and meetings

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.

Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Customer service--oriented with a positive, professional demeanor.
