Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties

Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient care plans tailored to individual needs.

Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the supervising therapist.

Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with facility policies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Support patients in various settings including geriatrics, and skilled nursing facilities.

Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to effectively communicate with healthcare teams.

Experience or knowledge in developing care plans that address specific patient needs.

Familiarity with geriatric patient care practices.

Ability to work effectively in skilled nursing facilities.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families while providing compassionate support.
