This position is one of the first faces that our guests see. Whether it is greeting walk up guests or greeting tours that arrive, this position must exude great customer service and professionalism.

Requirements: Must be legal to work in the United States Virgin Islands.

Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Must be able to work in an outdoor environment in all @types of weather.

Must be able to transverse multiple stairs as needed.

Must have great customer service skills.

Ability to work weekends and holidays, especially during the season is needed.

Ability to speak another language is a plus.

Job Description: Greet all guests as they arrive.

Change out ship tickets for wristbands when needed.

Answer questions from guests about the facility and St. Thomas.

Manage the crowds by directing them to the proper areas.

Manage the line, when we have one, and talk with guests while they are waiting.

Greet guests as they come back from riding the Tram.

Assist guests with direction to their next destination or calling a taxi if needed.

Greet guests that arrive via tours if needed.

Give a short speech to the guests about the tour and our facility if needed. 10.Count the number of guests per vehicle and initial form from the taxi driver if needed. Place stickers on guests wristbands and direct them to the embarking platform if needed. 12.Greet guests when they come back and assist with returning to the correct taxi if needed. 13.Count wristbands at the beginning of the day and end of the day. 14.Count tickets at the end of the day and put in the POS system. 15.Give paperwork for the tours to the person on the register. Other duties as assigned.
