POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr Accounting Manager will serve as a key member of the Finance team and act as a business partner to all relevant cross-functional departments across the organization. This role will balance hands-on execution with strategic vision to oversee all accounting functions for the Tommy John business. This role will report directly to the VP, Finance & Operations and will partner with all relevant functional leaders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the monthly close process to generate accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections, including all related periodic reconciliations.

Lead all financial reporting efforts and provide variance analysis to budgets and forecasts.

Lead expense management initiatives by partnering with internal departments to identify and implement optimization opportunities.

Assist with the annual budget and periodic forecast process.

Prepare periodic materials to present to the Company's Board of Directors, banks, and other external groups.

Perform ad-hoc projects for executive team and senior leaders on an as-needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE

8-10 years of experience in USGAAP Accounting

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills

NetSuite experience essential

Omni-channel (DTC, Retail, and Wholesale) experience

Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships

Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention-to-detail and accuracy

Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively

Organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines

Strong project management skills, from initial idea through execution

Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually
