REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. The entire work period must be available from 05/04/2026-10/09/2026. Workers must agree to work Mon-Fri, 10 hours per day, Sat, 10 hours. Employers will provide transportation from employers provided living quarters to work sites every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 0 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling.

JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops/Commodities: Alfalfa. Primary duties (performed most workdays): Monitor quality of inbound raw agricultural product and inbound field shipments; instruct the loader operator on proper segregation at the receiving slab or perform segregation as instructed. Monitor quality control checks in the production facility, including dryer outlet temperature, foreign material trap, facility magnets, and moisture levels. Monitor production systems and ensure continuous, efficient operation. Keep the Wet Product Feeder filled with raw alfalfa and prepare samples, maintain required records, and clean work areas as instructed. Assist with repairs and/or maintenance during shutdowns.
