Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual eager to gain hands-on machining experience and expand their technical skills. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. You'll work in a clean, organized shop environment alongside experienced machinists who will help you develop the skills to operate and maintain 3-axis CNC milling machines.

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level 3-Axis CNC Machinist, you will train to perform the following:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings.

Set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines according to setup sheets and job specifications, with guidance from senior machinists.

Load tooling, tip off tools, and enter offsets into machine controls.

Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet blueprint requirements.

Maintain and clean your machine on a daily basis.

Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the lead machinist or supervisor.

Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in machining/manufacturing.

Good math skills, including basic geometry and measurement.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Willingness to work overtime when required.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 6am-5pm

Saturdays as required
