Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, spray, cultivate, harvest, and transport crops to elevator or storage area, and baling hay. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, sprayers, combines, backhoes, mowers, track hoes, and ATVs/side by sides. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Duties include participating in irrigation activities including setting up and operating irrigation equipment, clearing and maintaining irrigation ditches, operating well motors, operating and maintaining pivots, draining excess water from fields, and monitoring fields to check on and maintain adequate water supply to crops. Employees will be receiving crop for storage at grain facility; disposing of spoiled grain; transporting grain from fields to grain bins; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; operating augers and grain conveying equipment, monitoring grain moisture levels, preparing scale tickets, and shoveling grain. Job requires tending to livestock in the forms of feeding, examining, tagging, and herding; operating various equipment including, but not limited to, tractors, front loaders, mowers, balers, and non CDL farm trucks with goose-neck cattle trailers connected; mixing feed; lifting bags of mineral and hay bales; spraying cattle for flies and other pests; checking cows daily; assisting with vet visits; assisting with medication administration; planting grass; tilling pasture; clean pens; calving cows and bred heifers; occasionally lifting and carrying newborn calves; and weaning calves from cows. Manual duties include loading seed into planters; properly mixing chemicals; loading chemicals into sprayers; changing combine cutting heads; light welding for equipment repair; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivot points, buildings, gates, barns and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment including grain augers; regularly servicing equipment; mowing; and landscaping around the farm. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers\' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each workday. Employer will provide workers that reside in employer provided or secured housing with transportation from the housing to the worksite daily at no cost to the worker. Daily transportation may be available to employees who do not reside in employer provided housing based on circumstance.
