We are now seeking an LPN Supervisor to join our team! This position is every Thursday/Friday/Saturday 7a-5:30pm. This is considered a full-time position.

What you'll do:

Shift triage of residents with communications to Physicians and Families.
Assist the Health & Wellness Director in managing a staff of professionals through supervision, education, and support.
Medication administration utilizing EMAR system, charting and follow-up.
Quality assurance audits.

What you will bring:

Two years of assisted living experience preferred.
A current LPN license in good standing.
Demonstrated knowledge base of computer systems
