We are looking for a Retail Banking Deposit Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing various deposit-related products and services while ensuring excellent customer service and operational/regulatory compliance including BSA. This individual will oversee the institution's frontline staff and daily branch activities. Candidate must have previous banking experience and be actively involved in the community. Duties of the Retail Deposit Banking Officer:

Assist customers with opening and managing deposit accounts.

Provide information on various deposit products and services.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.

Customer Service & Sales

Wire Transfer Originator

IRA/HSA/RMD reporting

Deposit rate changes and monitoring

Other duties as assigned
