Position Overview

We are seeking a full-timeLegal Assistant/Secretaryto support our attorneys and paralegals in all aspects of litigation. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the flow and organization of legal processes and communications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is capable of handling high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys and paralegals with litigation support from case inception through resolution :::

Oversee and manage discovery processes and deadlines :::

Track and organize medical records, billing, legal obligations, and important case timelines :::

Draft correspondence, review documents, and prepare legal materials :::

Coordinate meetings, client follow-ups, and communication :::

Maintain docket control and ensure compliance with court deadlines :::

Work directly with clients to obtain and relay case information :::

Participate in strategic planning, process improvement, and team collaboration :::

Preferred Qualifications

::: {role="presentation"} Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal setting :::

::: {role="presentation"} Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred :::
