Conduct investigations and statistical and documentary research.

Conduct legal research.

Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.

Summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony.

Review medical records and summarize.

Understand the nuances of foodborne illness infections.

Filing documentation as it relates to cases.

Organizing and maintaining legal paperwork, files, exhibits and other important information for clients.

Composing legal reports for lawyers regarding various aspects of a case.

Helping attorneys prepare motions, legal arguments and other parts of a case.

Staying up to date on legal procedures and regulations as they relate to the paralegal's field of practice.

Conducting various @types of research related to laws, legal articles and other information relevant to a case.

Interviewing clients and witnesses including those from Hispanic populations and preparing documentation of the interview for attorney review.

Drafting various legal documents including pleadings, deposition notices and legal briefs.

Performing a variety of administrative tasks including filing paperwork, answering phones and sending emails.

Legal Calendar management, managing deadlines, meetings, depositions, trial dates, and other important events.

Required: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Business, Science, Social Science, English, Journalism, Interdisciplinary Studies or related.

Must have one (1) year of experience with Hispanic populations to provide multicultural understanding and insight of these vital clients.
