Responsibilities:

Account Servicing

Serves as the point of contact for assigned groups, attends to customer inquiries, and proactively identifies needs. Manages new and existing insurance client activities including submissions, terminations, policy check-in, renewals, and claim activity. Creates and maintains digital and physical client files and performs data entry and processing. Ensures accuracy and compliance with all rules and regulations.

Sales and Support

Responsible for quoting, employee benefit guide creation, creating and maintaining benefit systems, and employee benefit presentations. Assists the client in post-enrollment reviews and setup. Develops influential relationships with carriers to achieve business goals and streamline service experience. Identifies sales, coverage, and additional opportunities for existing customers. Key stakeholders in customer satisfaction and retention results.

Coordination

Manages and coordinates with sales team schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Makes detailed notes during meetings. Monitors the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Other duties as required.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).

Ability to speak and write in English is required to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.
