Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in a factory environment that is not climate-controlled. The ideal candidate will help support all stages of the production process, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations.

Schedule: Monday -- Friday, 1st Shift (some mandatory overtime required at certain times of the year)

Key Responsibilities

Operate and assist with production line processes to ensure smooth workflow

Weigh out products and add materials to the mixer as directed

Complete production worksheets accurately and thoroughly

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

Conduct quality inspections throughout production to meet company standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including production zones and warehouses

Load and unload materials safely using the appropriate equipment

Follow all safety protocols and promptly report hazards or equipment malfunctions

Support continuous improvement initiatives by following standard operating procedures

Cross-train across all four production departments

Required Qualifications

Previous factory, manufacturing, or farm experience preferred

Strong math skills required

Mechanical knowledge is a plus

Forklift experience desirable (training available if needed)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 50--60 lbs continuously throughout shift

Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

Must pass drug and alcohol testing, as well as a background check

Able to speak, understand and read English language
