Job Purpose:

Provides quality customer service and sales by telephone, e-mail, and the Bank's secured website to bank customers in an efficient and highly professional manner.

Ensures customer satisfaction with the support of more experienced personnel. Responds to relatively straightforward inquiries regarding balance transfers, stop payments, overdrafts, transactions, and statement requests.

Reviews incoming and outgoing cash letters, ACH/Debit/ATM transactions and communications along with general ledger and miscellaneous transactions for submission to core processing system.

Duties:

Provides support functions of core processing system(s), including intraday processing.

Helps sort mailings, notices, and customer communications.

Processes requests from Bank personnel and customers within given authority and ensures requests are completed in a timely fashion.

Performs a variety of routine daily tasks.

Reviews reports.

Ensures that own work is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on the Bank's intranet.

Maintains privacy of customer account information.

Maintains and projects the Bank's professional reputation.

Completes required reports and related documents promptly and accurately.

High school diploma or enrolled in a program pursuing such diploma or its equivalent.
