Accounting Associate In-Person | Full-Time | Logan, Utah

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the Finance Manager to develop program, department, and grant budgets

Participate in onsite financial operations at our annual Blue Ribbon Benefit and other fundraising events

Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, grant requirements, and audit readiness

Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic and programmatic decisions

Work closely or in tandem with the Finance Manager

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or nonprofit finance experience a plus)

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, payroll, AP, and AR

Knowledge of nonprofit GAAP, grant tracking, and donor fund management

Strong communication and collaboration skills
