Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Front Office Staff member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced media environment and can manage a variety of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, including handling legal notices for attorneys and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and office support tasks

Process legal notices for attorneys and government offices

Assist with publication and production scheduling

Provide front-facing customer service to clients and visitors

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment

Professional and friendly demeanor

Office experience is a plus, but not required
