About the Position: Service Technician

We're looking for self-motivated individuals with a great attitude, eager to learn new skills and provide top-tier customer service. As a Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers to assess, troubleshoot, and repair garage doors and openers. You'll also maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with the necessary tools and materials for each job.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Basic hand and power tools (can be purchased through the company)

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

Customer service experience and mechanical aptitude are a plus!

Responsibilities:

Direct communication with customers to provide exceptional service

Troubleshooting and repairing garage door systems and openers

Maintaining a clean, stocked work vehicle

Managing daily load outs of needed materials
