Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you. Weekends and nights required.

Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take drink orders and relay them to the bar staff

Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:

Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but not required

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices

Knowledge of food handling safety guidelines

Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of different brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus
