About the Role:

After contractors complete training, you become their main point of contact. You'll guide them through estimating projects, placing material orders, and building their business. This role blends customer service and inside sales, helping clients succeed while earning performance bonus for the growth you help create.

This is not a cold calling position. You'll be reaching out to customers who have already trained with us and are familiar with our products and systems. Your job is to make sure they have everything they need to keep growing.

Key Responsibilities:

Build relationships with contractors to ensure their ongoing success.

Help customers estimate project materials and submit accurate orders.

Continually grow in product knowledge to more effectively help contractors.

Provide answers and advice on products, techniques, and pricing.

Identify opportunities to increase client orders and account growth.

Offer business and marketing tips to help contractors win more jobs.

Communicate with sales, shipping, and training teams to keep things moving.

Keep clear notes and updates in company CRM tools.

Represent The Concrete Protector's mission with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Who You Are:

Strong communicator with great phone and email skills.

Naturally helpful and service-minded with a drive to meet goals.

Comfortable multitasking and staying organized.

Friendly, confident, and motivated by helping others succeed.

Experience in customer service, inside sales, or construction-related work is a plus.

Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Google Drive preferred.

Pay:

$29,000 - $46,000 annually
